The Company’s current staffing needs include one full-time administrative employee in addition to active management. A brief summary of key management’s background is presented below.
Malcolm B. Price, Jr. – Mr. Price has over 37 years of managerial experience in commercial development, construction and leasing, and real estate investment. Mr. Price’s background includes detailed knowledge of project administration and management, and involvement in numerous real estate development projects. Mr. Price served as chairman of the Louisiana Tax Commission from February 1992 through January 2003.
Terry G. Price – Mr. Price has over 33 years of experience in the construction industry, and is the owner of Malcolm B. Price & Son General Contractors, Inc. Mr. Price’s background includes detailed knowledge of construction projects, construction regulations, and construction management. Mr. Price currently serves as the Chairman of the East Baton Rouge Parish Board of Adjustors, and is a licensed contractor in several southern states.
