Construction Management
Our construction managers work together hand-in-hand with our site acquisition team beginning at the pre-leasing stage. They assist in determining whether existing structures are appropriate for cell site installation and continue involvement until the floor is swept and the keys to the site are handed over to our client. Pre-Leasing
Once the market is designed and target areas are determined, we can quickly perform a market analysis providing the following services.
* Initial zoning analysis of all municipalities and countries.
* Site identification and survey of all available usable structures.
* Investigate and report on market conditions, market lease rates, etc.
Leasing
Once the market is designed and target areas are determined, we immediately start.
* Candidate research, selection and submittal to RF engineering.
* Lease negotiation (Your standard lease documentation or ours).
* Creation of a tracking database and client accessible monitoring system.
* Oversee and manage full site coordination of A&E, Engineering, FAA and construction.
* Preliminary and specific environmental analysis and verification/
* Option and lease execution.
* Document management and recordation.
