Gulf States Towers II, LLC (GSTII) was established in 2001 and is a multi-faceted services provider for the telecommunications industry in the Southeastern Region of the United States. GSTII has a strategic alliance with Verizon Wireless, Cingular, Nextel, Clear Channel, US Unwired and T-Mobile to build and lease wireless communications towers, from site acquisition through tower construction and the maintenance. We provide the site intensive services that most carriers have come to expect. Services provided include:

Our experienced field personnel provide reliable, professional work that our clients have come to rely on. This experience has allowed GSTII to make many strategic alliances with other leading contractors and service providers in the industry.
Our basic concept is to enter into build-to-suit contracts with these carriers to lease wireless communications towers across the Southeastern Region. Our Company currently has 25 committed wireless tower projects. These projects can be turn key or build to suit carriers.
GSTII has established a profitable sales model. The company contracts with carriers to acquire a site and erect a wireless communication tower. GSTII charges a site acquisition and due diligence fee, and can debt-finance the construction of the tower. GSTII then leases the tower to the carrier, and constructs a modular operations building at the base of the tower for a fee. Once the tower is built and leased, GSTII is permitted to lease additional tower space to other wireless carriers with virtually no added expense.
